About Us

OCMS formed in 1977 to help establish an Orange County historical museum and archive.


Supports Old Courthouse activities with a docent program, souvenir sales, exhibits, publicity and special events.

The Old Courthouse was completed in 1901.


On a plot of land set aside by W. H. Spurgeon,  the founder of Santa Ana, the building is a priceless relic of the past!

Visitors are welcome!


The old courthouse is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.  Parking is available in a small lot behind the buiilding as well as in a public lot on Broadway.
